Club SupSup is a rotating, story-driven supper club by Chef Candice Custodio, hosted in partnership with Paso Bamboo, a working bamboo farm on California’s Central Coast.

Each dinner is a distinct expression—rooted in season, place, and story—crafted with Latin-inspired flavors, modern and traditional techniques, and an unwavering commitment to hospitality.

Doors open at 6:00 PM (no early admittance)
Dinner begins promptly at 6:30 PM

Menu:
It’s a secret.
We’re happy to review dietary needs or allergies if shared at the time of ticket purchase. If accommodations cannot be made, your ticket will be refunded in full. Requests received more than 24 hours after purchase may not be accommodated and are non-refundable.

Dress Code:
Dress to impress.
Dinner will be seated inside heated event tents—layer accordingly for the evening.

Seating:
Communal, coursed dining with assigned seating.

Ticket Policy:
Tickets are non-refundable but fully transferable.
If Club SupSup must cancel the event, tickets may be refunded or transferred to a future date.

Age Requirement:
21+ only.

On-site parking available. Please follow event signage upon arrival.
