Club SupSup is a Latin fusion, farm-to-table supper club created by Chef Candice Custodio on California’s Central Coast.


Hosted at Paso Bamboo, each dinner unfolds in a different space across the property—sometimes indoors, sometimes outdoors—shaped by season, setting, and story.
Every dinner is its own world.

What Club SupSup Is

Club SupSup is not a restaurant—it’s a private, immersive supper club experience.

Guests gather for multi-course, chef-driven dinners featuring Latin-inspired flavors, seasonal California ingredients, and curated wine collaborations. While Paso Bamboo serves as the permanent home, the experience shifts from event to event through intentional changes in layout, décor, ambiance, and flow.

Each SupSup is designed to feel:

  • Intimate and immersive

  • Elevated, but approachable

  • Thoughtful, expressive, and rooted in place

The Philosophy

At its core, Club SupSup is about storytelling through food and space.

Rather than repeating a set format, each dinner is treated as a creative composition—where menu, setting, and atmosphere are designed together. Lighting, table layout, music, and pacing all change to support the theme of the evening.

SupSup invites guests to slow down, be present, and experience dining as a shared moment—not a transaction.

The Food

Club SupSup menus are Latin fusion at heart, drawing inspiration from Chef Candice’s heritage while honoring farm-to-table California cooking.

Each menu is:

  • Created exclusively for that event

  • Guided by seasonality and local sourcing

  • Influenced by the evening’s theme and setting

Menus are intentionally curated and not repeated. Dietary needs are thoughtfully considered when shared at the time of ticket purchase.

Wine Collaborations

Many SupSup dinners feature collaborations with Central Coast wineries, winemakers, and creative partners.

Depending on the evening, guests may experience:

  • Curated wine pairings or featured pours

  • Conversations with winemakers or collaborators

  • Menus designed specifically to complement the wines

Collaborators rotate regularly, adding another layer of uniqueness to each dinner.

Club SupSup now lives at Paso Bamboo, a dynamic working Bamboo farm that allows each dinner to take shape in a different environment.

Events may take place:

While the location remains consistent, the experience is constantly evolving.
