The Setting at Paso Bamboo

Club SupSup enters its next chapter in collaboration with Paso Bamboo, a family-operated bamboo farm and nursery nestled in the heart of Paso Robles. For more than two decades, this land has grown towering bamboo groves—lush, resilient, and alive with texture and sound—shaping a landscape that feels both vibrant and tranquil.

Each Club SupSup dinner now unfolds in a different corner of this working farm, letting the land itself guide the evening’s mood, theme, and flow. From shaded groves whispering with rustling bamboo leaves to open spaces that catch golden light, every location becomes its own backdrop, inspiring menus, collaborations, and motifs.

Rotating menus, rotating collaborators, and rotating spaces make each dinner distinct—more than a meal, an immersive experience shaped by place, season, and story.

Meet the Chef

Candice Custodio
Owner & Chef

Chef Candice Custodio is the founder and creative force behind Club SupSup—the Central Coast’s first Latin-inspired communal dining experience. Featured on Chopped and a James Beard Foundation Legacy Network alum, she creates story-driven dining experiences rooted in heritage, seasonality, and connection.

She is also a mother, homesteader, and cookbook author—and is available for select private bookings, including intimate dinners and custom culinary experiences.

How do I get tickets?

Tickets are released exclusively through the Club SupSup newsletter or sent directly to your inbox. There are no public ticket links.

Are menus the same each time?

No. Club SupSup menus rotate monthly, guided by season, setting, and story. No two months—or dinners—are ever the same..

Guest Cancellations

All ticket sales are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another guest.

Where are dinners held?

All dinners take place at Paso Bamboo, a working bamboo farm on the Central Coast. Each gathering unfolds in a different space on the property.

Do you offer wine pairings?

Depends—some events are BYOB, others include curated pairing or on-site purchase. Details included in emails.

Event Cancellations

In the event Club SupSup must cancel a dinner, tickets may be refunded or transferred to a future date.

How many guests attend each dinner?

Guest counts vary by date and setting, but all dinners are intentionally limited to preserve intimacy and flow.

Can dietary restrictions be accommodated?

We do our best to accommodate common dietary needs when noted at ticket purchase.

21+ only?

Yes. All events are exclusively for guests 21 and older.
