Hambly x Club SupSup--June 24th

$95.00

June 24th

June Supper Club Experience | Paso Robles, California

This June, Club SupSup heads back into the lavender fields with Hambly Lavender Farm

Nestled in the rolling hills near San Miguel Mission, Hambly Farms is a multigenerational Paso Robles farm known for its estate-grown lavender, peaceful countryside views, and slow, intentional connection to the land.

For our June 24th dinner we will explore the roots woven through Puerto Rican food culture, drawing inspiration from the indigenous Taíno people’s fire cooking traditions, roadside lechoneras, root vegetables, herbs, smoke, and communal gathering.

It is a modern Club SupSup interpretation — shaped by Paso produce, Hambly lavender, farm pork, eggs, and of course, wood fire, candlelight, and the feeling of summer settling over the hills.

The Menu

Pan de Agua & Lavender Butter Candle

Arroz caldo with smoked egg yolk, crispy pork, herbs, and charred onion

Roasted plantain dumplings with brown butter sofrito, charred vegetables, queso añejo, and lavender-black pepper oil

Fire-roasted taro root with smoked pork & guava glaze, bitter greens, and herb oil

Lavender wood-smoked pork shoulder with whipped yuca, black bean syrup, charred pineapple pique, and grilled spring onions

An arroz con dulce-inspired cake with cinnamon, coconut milk, burnt sugar caramel, and toasted rice crumble

Puerto Rican sesame candy with dark chocolate and sea salt

One night only beneath the lavender fields.
Limited seating available.

Wine——Bring a bottle you’ve been waiting for the right night to open.
